Why We Built This Site
Mississippi makes many court and public records accessible, but the correct access point depends on the case. Pontotoc Circuit matters use the Circuit Clerk and First Circuit MEC/PAMEC; Chancery matters use a separate clerk and First Chancery MEC/PAMEC; Justice Court and municipal matters have their own custodians. The county land-record portal is not a Chancery case search, and no shared lower-court docket portal was located. We collect the researched court names, clerk contacts, search paths, and request cautions in one place so a reader can route a case question correctly.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not a Mississippi court, clerk office, or government agency. The limits are important:

Only the clerk or court that maintains a file can issue an official or certified copy. Online information is a route to the record, not a replacement for the custodian's copy.
